Do you offer click and collect?
You can now place your order through our online store and opt for collecting your item at at our store. To collect an item in our store, simply proceed with your purchase as usual and select the 'Click & Collect' option when prompted.
How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
Once your order is ready for collection, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you place your order and the item(s) are in stock at store, they will be ready for collection immediately. If the item is not in stock, it should become available within 3 to 5 days after ordering.
What do I need to collect my order?
Please remember to bring the following with you when collecting your order in-store:
The email notification informing you that the item is ready for collection
Photo ID.
The credit card you used to place the order.
Are all items available for click and collect?
Certainly, you can select the 'Click and Collect' option for any item in our online store. Some items may be large and require special transport, so if you're uncertain, please get in touch with our team before making your purchase.
I'd like to purchase an online exclusive product. Can I still use the click and collect service?
Yes, you can! Online exclusive items are also available for collection. The estimated waiting times are specified on each product. Simply choose 'Click & Collect' at the checkout and await the email notification confirming that your item is ready for collection.
